As for many bakers these days, Donut Man started with someone that loved to bake and simply took it to the next level. After two years of making Donuts in her Kitchen, Henriettas’s small, hobby based business had grown a lot. People near and far, both known and unknown kept reaching out to her, asking for Donuts of all sizes and tastes. 

Early 2021 Henrietta went all in; she quit his daytime Job as a teacher and rented a cafe-local with a big kitchen in Sunshine mall. Her business and team grew quickly and it did not take long before Henrietta had to hire both confectioners and waiters. The team now counts – in addition to Henrietta her self – one professional confectioner, a professional cook and five waiters and waitresses.

It is Donut Man´s mission to bake tasty Donuts for everyone! We keep developing new recipes that are both gluten-free and vegan. Our Donuts are made out of local raw materials and we work with local producers of chocolate and sprinkles.
